Why is the telehealth appointment, booked on OSCAR, not populating on "Connect"?

Answer

For the appointment to populate on "Connect", ensure that you select the appointment type, "Shift-Telehealth" while booking it.  Please note that you will have to delete the current appointment and book another one using the correct appointment type as explained.
