Why can't anyone hear me?

At the start of the telehealth visit, your browser will ask you to select a microphone. It's possible this window was closed before a microphone was selected. You may consider trying the following options:

  • Please reconnect and make sure to select a microphone.
  • Please check that your microphone is not on mute.
  • Your mic input volume may be too low.
