Your internet connection may be poor; please consider the following options:

  • Disconnect the call. Disconnect and reconnect to the internet. Rejoin the telehealth visit.
  • Disconnect the call. Restart your internet router and rejoin the telehealth visit.
  • Switching to a different device.
